Cho Myung-woo, president of Inha University, elected president of Korea University Sports Council

Cho Myung-woo, president of Inha University, was elected as the 7th president of the Korea University Sports Council (KUSF).

KUSF announced on the 7th that it had elected President Cho Myung-woo as the new president through the 2023 regular general meeting on the 6th. The term of office for Chairman Cho is three years until February 7, 2026. 먹튀검증

Chairman Cho Myung-woo said, “I will present a better policy direction for college sports and fulfill my responsibilities during my three-year term so that KUSF can continue to develop together with member universities that are dedicated to the development of college sports despite the difficult crisis of COVID-19.” said.

Chairman Cho graduated from the Department of Mechanical Design at Seoul National University in 1983, received a master’s degree in engineering, and a doctorate in engineering from the University of Illinois in the United States. Since then, he has been serving as Inha University’s mechanical engineering professor, vice president of academic affairs, and the 15th and 16th president of Inha University.

KUSF was established in June 2010 to promote sound development of future college sports with the goal of normalizing, revitalizing, and advancing college sports as a university consultative body that runs university sports departments nationwide. As of February 2023, 126 universities nationwide are registered as members.
